  • Built web-based and Android video players used for live and VOD troubleshooting across ingest, packaging, playback, and delivery
  • Triage and communicate status for 25+ high-priority incidents; escalate with development for code-level diagnosis and fix validation
  • Maintain Git-based customer configuration for 4+ accounts and keep API-driven Python troubleshooting scripts current
  • Cut mean time to mitigation (MTTM) and mean time to repair (MTTR) by more than 5%, and reduced average response time by at least 5 minutes
